1. Service Overview

gollog is a personal time-management application that records your day in 10-minute tiles and provides AI-powered insights. The App offers:

• Time-block logging (Plan and Do layers)
• Task management with priority classification
• AI analysis and chat run on your device using Apple Intelligence.
• HealthKit, Calendar, and Weather integration
• Voice chat with AI assistant
• Day / Week / Month / Year zoom views

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 14 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have your parent's or legal guardian's permission to use the App.

3. Account Registration

Core logging does not require a gollog account. Optional connected services may require signing in with their provider, as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. User Content

• Your records are stored on your device by default.
• You retain full ownership of all content you create in the App.
• Optional sync and connected services transfer the data needed for those features only when you enable them.
• You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. Uninstalling the App permanently deletes all local data.

5. AI Features

• AI analysis and chat run on your device using Apple Intelligence.
• AI features require a compatible device with Apple Intelligence enabled and available for your language and region.
• AI conversations are not sent to external AI services. No API key is required.
• AI responses are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies. They do not constitute professional medical, financial, or legal advice.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Current plans, prices, included features, and usage allowances are shown in the app before purchase.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Attempt to bypass chat usage limits or manipulate billing mechanisms
• Use the App or AI features to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to interact with the App's services

8. Intellectual Property

• The App, its design, code, and branding (including the gollog name and logo) are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Content you create within the App remains yours.

9. Disclaimers

• The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• AI-generated insights are for informational purposes only and should not replace professional advice (medical, financial, legal, etc.).
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App or its AI features.
• HealthKit data displayed in the App is read from Apple Health and may not be fully accurate. We are not responsible for the accuracy of health data.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

• You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
• Upon termination, your locally stored data remains on your device until you delete the App.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.
